Be sensitive to needs of junior employees: PM Modi
At his monthly Pragati review programme with secretaries,
the PM's message was loud and clear as he pointed out that while top bureaucrats showed greater concern in completing paper work to avoid any delay in getting post-retirement benefits, junior employees run from pillar to post to get their their dues.
As always we talked about 'Janata Raja " this is the best example what & how the leader should have concern regarding lower most person in the society .
He also enquired about the condition of ESIC Hospital & asked the secretary how many time she visited the hospitals
Through no of digital efforts the prime minister is in touch with people to collect the information from masses he is using the same to alert the higher officials & this is definitely new to bureaucrats as they feel they are the only eye & ear of the government.
Many other point discussed in this meeting is of importance & slowly but stately prime minister is shaping the bureaucratic regime to produce desire effect
